To that end, we have packaged services together that we believe are critical to maintain healthy bookkeeping and priced it as a monthly package so that you are able to budget knowing exactly how much you’re going to be billed and also knowing that you’re getting value. If you were to add up the cost of all the individual services for a year, you would be paying much more than you would with a package.
A: Honestly, it would be sad to see you go. We would want to find out why you want to cancel and give us a chance to rectify any issues if possible. However, if you strongly feel that what you signed up for is no longer serving you and your business, then you may cancel. When you sign up for the package, we cover the cloud application subscriptions in our package price. If you cancel, the subscription costs can either be transferred to you and you can carry on yourself, or we cancel the subscription, but you lose out on all the data that has already been captured on the systems.
